HDR | Andrew Reid is delighted to be involved with the Oxford House project for Great Portland Estates.
The scheme, will deliver 78,100 sq. ft of new offices and 37,900 sq. ft of retail space at GPE’s Oxford House development. Demolition is already under way on the project, which is expected to complete by the third quarter of 2021 at an expected profit on cost of 17.9 per cent for GPE.
Great Portland Estates have appointed Andrew Reid as their Commissioning Verification Engineering Consultant, which is our second secured project for this new well-established client.
