Nine Elms Square

HDR | Andrew Reid’s Residential team is delighted to be part of the development of Nine Elms Square – the largest and most valuable residential neighbourhood comprising of three separate buildings within the 57-acre New Covent Garden regeneration.

Eventually consisting of 12 separate buildings, ranging in height from 4 to 54 storeys, the development will comprise retail and residential amenities – namely 1,900 high-quality apartments with fantastic views of the river. There will also be shops, offices and a doctor’s surgery to create a sense of place.

The three most prominent buildings will be the towers ranging from 34 to 56 storeys, which will join the existing skyscraper cluster to further accentuate the Vauxhall skyline. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, they will provide 880 apartments across 11,555 sq metres.

Lying in between the towers and Battersea Power Station will be the new Linear Park, which will offer an oasis of public open space to complement this ultra-modern multiple building development.
